I appreciated the super clean condition of the entire hotel. the blackout drapes in my room worked effectively. This helped me sleep well. breakfast included a diverse buffet that provided many options.
The shuttle service had a break during mid-morning hours. This made planning a bit difficult.

The service in the restaurant was slow. It was hard to get attention. the food was edible, but nothing special. also, the check-in and check-out processes were lengthy. It took too long to complete.

the staff were VERY helpful to me. the restaurant made my food super fast before i had to leave. the food IS so good.
the shuttle bus to the airport did not seem to run often enough. even with the schedule, there MIGHT not be space. also, the curtain used as a bathroom door is not good.
