super clean condition blackout drapes diverse buffet
I appreciated the super clean condition of the entire hotel. the blackout drapes in my room worked effectively. This helped me sleep well. breakfast included a diverse buffet that provided many options.
The shuttle service had a break during mid-morning hours. This made planning a bit difficult.

large room nice facility punctual shuttle
the room was large and clean. the gym had nice facility. the airport shuttle was punctual and i appreciate that.
i don't like curtain that serves as a bathroom door it's one of the worst things i have seen.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a wide variety of options including edamame beans and miso soup.
The service in the restaurant was slow. It was hard to get attention. the food was edible, but nothing special. also, the check-in and check-out processes were lengthy. It took too long to complete.

the staff were VERY helpful to me. the restaurant made my food super fast before i had to leave. the food IS so good.
the shuttle bus to the airport did not seem to run often enough. even with the schedule, there MIGHT not be space. also, the curtain used as a bathroom door is not good.

the airport shuttle service ran frequently and was convenient. my room, the innside room terrace, included a free minibar. a supermarket and several restaurants were a short walk away.
sound insulation in the rooms was not good.
